MELITA ETIENNE
MANAGER OF TALENT DEVELOPMENT
The Talent Management department at ICMC was recently tasked with leading Development Week. Melita, along with others, met with leaders of each department to pitch the various activities that would be included. These activities were geared towards collaboration and experiential learning, and Melita needed the input of others to ensure Development Week would be a success.

Melita worked overtime putting hours into meetings with all leaders in the organization to ensure that everyone knew their responsibilities. She also helped create a template for the job shadowing experience, as well as the Stakeholder-to-Stakeholder interviews. Additionally, she helped create engaging communications to provide awareness about the activities, encourage participation, and explain the benefits of participating in the program.
