Melanie joined International Capital & Management Company (ICMC) on January 16, 2012 as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, Melanie served as the executive leader responsible for people growth and the development of ICMC’s approach to attracting, developing and retaining talent. Melanie was promoted to Chief Talent Officer in 2014. Melanie is currently responsible for all functions impacting ICMC’s talent – total rewards, talent acquisition, engagement, health and wellness, compensation and HR compliance.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining ICMC, Melanie held various leadership roles in learning and talent management at Bayer Healthcare, Siemens Medical Diagnostics, Siemens IT Services and JPMorgan Chase. Melanie has extensive experience in human resources, change management and organizational development and has led HR organizations through numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestiture over the past 15+ years. Melanie’s accomplishments include contributing to the development of the HR Guide to Acquisitions and Divestitures for a 100k+ organization, leading global change management initiatives and implementing performance management processes and systems.
