Kirk Callwood joined International Capital & Management Company as Director of Treasury in December of 2012 and was promoted to Treasurer in February of 2015. As Treasurer, Kirk was responsible for leading outsourced treasury operations for the clients of ICMC with a focus on bank relationship management, capital markets, cash forecasting, cash management, credit/debt management, short-term investments and interest rate risk mitigation.
While at ICMC Kirk served in various capacities such as member of the Management Committee, Executive Committee, Strategic Advisory Board and as a mentor and advisor to Accelerated Career Development Program participants. Kirk served as Co-Executive and Relationship Manager for the Supply Chain practice from November 2015 to July 2016 and executive in charge of Service Excellence from August 2016 to March 2017 where he implemented processes and improvements to drive quality and value to the client.
In March of 2017 Kirk was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In his current role as COO he has responsibility for Accounting, Cancer Support, Community Relations, Finance & Analytics and Property Management.
Prior to ICMC Kirk held various roles in Finance and Treasury including over 13 years in Atlanta for large, multi-national companies. Kirk has experience in industries such as banking, financial services, Telecommunications and consumer goods where he managed relationships, optimized processes and provided support to finance and operational leadership such as CFOS, CEOs, Vice Presidents and Controllers.
Kirk holds a BS in Finance from Norfolk State University, an MBA from Kennesaw State University and is a Certified Treasury Professional. Kirk holds board positions with the Rotary Club of St. Thomas II and My Brother’s Workshop. In his spare time he enjoys serving in the local community and spending time with his family.
