Her C-Suite experience includes Chief Learning Officer and VP, Talent in healthcare. As VP, Organizational Change and Effectiveness at ICMC, Carmel and her team established the Change and Organizational Effectiveness Service Line in 2015.
Carmel’s multi-industry, international experience includes a progression of corporate and operations senior leadership positions in healthcare, technology, manufacturing, retail, direct marketing and consumer products. As an internal and external consultant, she has structured, facilitated and coached members of high performance teams, profiled in Harvard Business Review and integrated a systems approach to successfully transition service delivery models in healthcare and manufacturing.
